Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or tan marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to pay for your return shipping and download your prepaid postage label or QR code.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue you a store credit via email to use on your next purchase.
